Nestled on the banks of Ocean River, Wildman Lake Lodge offers the opportunity to work in an unspoiled, natural environment with people who willingly give 110 %.  Our remote wilderness lodge serves clients from all over the world, many of whom are fulfilling a lifelong dream.  Our job is to make that dream a reality, so they will return again and again.

 Wildman Lake Lodge is a remote, first class, southwestern Alaska sport fishing lodge located on Ocean River, an artesian river that runs crystal clear year-round and teems with wild native trout and salmon. From the lodge, we also fly out to stream fish the Bristol Bay and Pacific Ocean drainages of the Alaska Peninsula. We are 500 miles off the road system and 200 miles south of most Bristol Bay lodges.  Don't expect to go to town for the weekend!

 At Wildman Lake Lodge, we accommodate up to 16 guests a week. We generate our own electricity 24 hours a day. We operate our DeHavilland Beaver, Cessna 185, and three Piper Super Cub aircraft from our Lodge, landing on volcanic cinder strips, sandy beaches, and river bars in our area. We own several jet boats. Our employees maintain our facilities and equipment, keeping everything in top notch working order for our guests. Most guests stay seven days. Our normal change over day is Sunday although some mid-week arrival and departures should be expected.

We are looking for a few professionals who can join our team. Several of our employees return each year, so not all positions are available. However, we need a few good people who will commit to the hard work and attention to detail that running a first class fishing lodge entails. Employees must be friendly, flexible, and able to work and live with our guests and staff for the full season.
