Upland Bird Hunting and Fishing
Wildman Lake Lodge
on the remote Alaska Peninsula . . .

The week of August 10 to 17, 2008

Fishing Report:  With a river full of spawning Sockeye the Char and Rainbow fishing is outstanding this week on beads and wet flies. Fly and spin fishing for chrome bright Pink and Chum Salmon kept our anglers very busy.  The highlight of the week, besides some great bird hunting days, was the early arriving Silver Salmon which produced limit catches toward the end of this great Cast and Blast week at Wildman Lake Lodge.
